Hilltops to Asia- a practical guide to Asian Export

Hilltops Council are hosting a business breakfast and seminar on Asian export next Wednesday 10 April 2019 commencing at 7.30am at the Young Golf Club. The morning will include expert guest speakers and practical advice on exporting to Asia from the Hilltops Region.
 
 
Guest speakers include:
 
Ryoko Uchida - Senior Industry Analyst, International Engagement, NSW Department of Primary Industries, Biosecurity and Food Safety. Area of expertise – Red meat export.
 
Josh Gordon - Manager International Engagement, NSW Department of Primary Industries, Biosecurity and Food Safety based in Orange. Area of expertise - Investment, Grains, Oilseeds & Pulses.
 
Sam Burton Taylor - a qualified butcher and owner of KC Natural which processes cattle and lambs in regional NSW for export to customers in China, South-East Asia, Middle East and the USA.
 
Angus Dowling - A fourth generation Hilltops farmer who, together with wife Sonya, owns and operates Enviroganic Farms specialising in organics meat chickens. Angus is also a member for the Industry Advisory Committee for ‘Australian Organic.’
 
Tom Eastlake- CEO and President of the National Cherry Growers Association. Tom was part of the successful negotiation of Australian cherries via airfreight to China and Vietnam.
