CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER - Permanent, full-time

Customer Service Officers are the central point of contact for Hilltops Council and are expected to provide a wide-range of high-level customer service to the staff of Hilltops and the community. We are seeeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Officer to support the Customer Service team, and this role will be based initially out of the Harden office.

STRATEGIC PLANNER - Permanent, full-time

Hilltops Council are seeking an enthusiastic strategic planner looking to start their career or continue their planning career as a part of the Strategic Planning team at Council. This key position within Council will help to maintain the region's built and natural environment for many years to come through the development and implementation of sound planning policies. Council's strategic planner will initially be based out of Harden office but can be expected to commence work from any of Council's offices.

TRAINEES/APPRENTICES

Council is seeking applications for trainees across a wide range of its services in 2020. Over the course of their studies and work with Hilltops, successful applicants can expect to receive broad experience across the region as well as contributing to their community while studying. While initially based out of a set-team in one of our offices or depots, applicants can expect to receive experience in any of Council's work locations.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - CASUAL POOL ATTENDANTS/LIFEGUARDS

Pool lifeguards are required across the hilltops region to help in the supervision of the Boorowa, Harden & Jugiong pools from November 2019 to March 2020. Council is seeking expressions of interest from members of the community who would like to be involved in this.

The role is remunerated at Grade 1 of Hilltops Council Salary System. This has a normal hourly rate between $22.58 and $24.94 p/h, and as a casual position, there is also a casual loading of 25% applicable.
