Hilltops Council is hosting a forum to gather feedback from the community on the features and facilities residents and rate-payers would like to see included in the new Cultural, Community and Education Precinct in Young.
As part of the overall precinct project, Council is currently exploring the possibility of entering into an agreement with School Infrastructure NSW – NSW Department of Education, to plan, fund and deliver a school and community library adjacent to Young High School at the western end of Carrington Park.
To better facilitate these discussions on the library, and to create a community-inspired vision for the entire Cultural, Community and Education Precinct, Council is hosting a community meeting on Wednesday 29 November at the Marie McCormick Centre from 5.30pm-7.30pm to gather feedback from residents.
Feedback can also be provided through this ONLINE SURVEY.
Written submissions can be made to Hilltops Council, c/o General Manager, Locked Bag 5, Young NSW 2594 or via email email@example.com
