• Based in Boorowa
  • Part-time / 31 hours per fortnight
  • Salary range between $833.20 to $923.18 per fortnight

Position: As the first and central point of contact for all transactions and information relating to Council’s assets and services, this position is responsible for providing high quality customer service in a courteous and professional manner when greeting and dealing with customers in person, on the telephone or through written and electronic correspondence.

Experience: The successful applicant will have excellent customer services skills with demonstrated administration and clerical experience (including cash handing and reconciliation). Also essential to the role is excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, ability to maintain strict confidentiality and the ability to work well in a team environment. Well-developed computer literacy and keyboard skills with attention to detail and accuracy and the demonstrated ability to think laterally to source accurate information quickly and effectively are also highly regarded.
